Terms & Conditions

1. Application

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the Services by you (the Customer or you).

We are Ari Rolf Erich Lurtz in association with Alisa Alexandra Jitariu Munteanu, Ari & Alisa (the Supplier or us or we), located in Muelle Las Palmas 2A, Local 1, 35003 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.

1.2 These are the terms on which we sell all Services to you. You can only purchase the Services from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a Contract and are at least 18 years old.

1.3 We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without notification or explanation. The Terms and Conditions published on the Website at the date and time we accept the Order apply.

1.4 By continuing to use the website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Interpretation 

 

2.1 Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services.

2.2 Order means the Customer’s order for the Services from the Supplier as submitted following the step-by-step process set out on the Website.

2.3 Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website.

2.4 Services means the Services advertised on the Website description: ThetaHealing Seminars (online/in-person), Meditation Retreats (online/in-person), and ThetaHealing Coaching Sessions (online/in-person).

2.5 Website means our Website www.arialisa.com on which the Services are advertised.

 

3. Use of the Website

 

3.1 The domain name www.arialisa.com, and all those that serve to directly access this site, is the exclusive property of us.

3.2 The Customer is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Website is in any case under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

3.3 In the use of the Website, the Customer agrees not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests, and rights of us or third parties.

3.4 In the use of the Website community, the Customer or community member agrees to read and accept the Community Guidelines.

 

4. Services

 

4.1 The description of the Services is as set out on the Website.

4.2 We can make changes to the Services which are necessary at any time. In case that you have ordered a Service that is affected by the changes made, we will notify you by e-mail at the e-mail address that you have provided us.

4.3 In order for us to offer a good service, you are required to fill out and add your details correctly and completely in every booking, especially in the booking process for ThetaHealing Seminars. If you attend a seminar that includes a ThetaHealing book, it will be sent through Amazon or Hay House to the postal address that you have provided us. In case that the address you provided is not correct or complete, we are not liable for any loss of the book, and we cannot resend the book. We are also not liable for the shipping of the book since it is handled by third party companies like Amazon or Hay House.

 

5. Prerequisites for ThetaHealing® Certification

 

5.1 The ThetaHealing Seminar prerequisites on our Website apply.

5.2 For the ThetaHealing Basic DNA there are no prerequisites required.

5.3 In order to attend the ThetaHealing Seminar and to receive certification, you are required to fill out the waiver from THINK® (ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge) before the start of the event. Without registration at THINK you will not be allowed to attend the seminar. We will send the information on how to register at THINK in your confirmation e-mail as well as in the reminder e-mail, sent one hour before the date and time of the event. 

5.4 For online certifications you confirm that you attend the ThetaHealing Seminar online. You acknowledge you have to have a strong internet connection, a camera and speaker to be able to participate in the event. You are aware you have to use the breakout rooms for digging work. You agree to be present and participate each day of the seminar.

 

6. Personal information

 

6.1 We retain and use all the information strictly under the Privacy Policy.

6.2 We may contact you by using e-mail, SMS, or other electronic communication methods and you expressly agree to this.

 

7. Privacy

 

7.1 We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

7.2 These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Fees and Payment

 

8.1 The Fees for the Services are stated in Euro - EUR (€).

8.2 The Fees for the Services are set out on the Website on the date we accept the Order. 

8.3 The Fees for the Services include VAT if applicable and at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

8.4 The Total Order Fee includes the Wix Service Fee for Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments.

8.5 You must pay with your Order, and we can take payment immediately through Wix Payments (Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. 

8.6 We can make changes to the Fees at any time. The Fees on the Website at the date and time we accept the Order apply.

 

9. Cancelation and Refund Policies

 

9.1 Free Cancelation up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancelation must be made in writing at: info@arialisa.com

9.2 If the Customer cancels in writing within 48 hours before the date and time of the ThetaHealing Seminar, an Administration Fee of 200,- EURO will be charged.

9.3 If the Customer cancels in writing within 48 hours before the date and time of the Meditation Retreat, an Administration Fee of 100,- EURO will be charged.

9.4 If the Customer cancels in writing within 48 hours before the date and time of the ThetaHealing Coaching Session or if the appointment is booked within 48 hours from the scheduled time, it cannot be rescheduled and no credit or refund is available.

9.5 No credit or refund is available if the Customer cancels after the start of the event.

9.6 No credit or refund is available if the Customer does not show up.

9.7 No credit or refund is available if the Customer leaves early for any reason.

9.8 No credit or refund is available if the Customer is dissatisfied with the presentation or content of the event.

 

10. Liability disclaimer

 

10.1 Do not rely on the information on the Website as medical advice or as an alternative to medical advice. If you have a specific question on a medical matter you should consult your doctor and/or other regulated healthcare professional. 

10.2 You should not disregard professional medical advice or discontinue or change medical and or psychological and psychiatric treatment because of or in any way based on the content provided by the Website.

10.3 Our Services are not a replacement for any therapy or other medical treatment or diagnosis. Any change or discontinuation of therapeutic, psychological, psychiatric, or other medical treatment should be undertaken with the supervision and guidance of a medical or other specialist mental health clinician.

 

11. Liability for online connections

 

11.1 The Supplier undertakes to ensure security in systems, programs, etc., which it owns and over which it has influence in accordance with the latest technical standards and to comply with the rules of data protection.

11.2 The Customer agrees to ensure the security of systems, programs, and data within his sphere of influence. The Customer should keep passwords and user names secret from third parties in his own interest.

11.3 The Supplier is not liable for defects and malfunctions for which it is not responsible, in particular not for safety defects and operational failures of third party companies with which it cooperates or on which it is dependent.

11.4 Furthermore, the Supplier is not liable for force majeure, improper action and disregard of risks on the part of the Customer or third parties, excessive strain, unsuitable operating resources of the Customer or third parties, extreme environmental influences, interventions by the Customer or disturbances by third parties (viruses, worms, etc.) which occur despite the necessary current safety precautions.

 

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

 

12.1 This contract is governed by the laws of Spain. In the event of any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of this contract or the services provided herein, and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which the Customer may be entitled, the Customer submits to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands.
